‘Coach’ is a relatively new title for me, however the values and skills of coaching are deeply rooted in me and have grown over a 25+ year career working in the creative sector.
My main passion has always been working with teams and individuals to support their professional growth and to encourage development as leaders in their own style.

My Approach

As your coach, I bring my biggest strength - being myself. An open mind, positive outlook and patience. I also bring my own experiences of professional life through times of progression, times of feeling stuck and navigating times of disruption and change.

My Values

I value credibility and integrity in whatever field I work, and choose to align my coaching practice with the ethical guidance of the International Coaching Federation and support this with a qualification in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

My Background

My own professional story has centred around work in project management roles and within senior management teams at executive level in a variety of organisations.


I was born and brought up in South Cumbria on the edge of the English Lake District and have called Scotland home for more than 20 years.
